Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused uncoloured with tags, and in its original packaging. The removal of tags or removal of the original packaging will void the return, refund or exchange, even if the goods are faulty.
Godiva cannot be liable for any shedding or compromising of the hair piece after the tags are removed and the hair piece is fitted.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISCOMMUNICATION REGARDING WEIGHT/LENGTH OF HAIR TO BE PURCHASED DURING A HAIR EXTENSION/HAIR LOSS CONSULTATION BY A REGISTERED HAIR EXTENSION/HAIR LOSS SPECIALIST OR A PAYING CLIENT, WE SHALL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS/RETURNS RELATING TO INCORRECT ORDERING OF HAIR DUE TO THIS ISSUE.

DAMAGES OR FAULTY GOODS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can then evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Items that have been custom made, cut and coloured to your requirements. These include custom coloured - human hair wigs, fibre wigs, toppers, hair pieces, closures and frontals. These custom made items are made for customers not students.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, uncoloured with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The removal of tags or removal of the original packaging will void the return, refund or exchange, even if the goods are faulty.

GODIVA COURSES
Once any Godiva courses are purchased and access to the online portal, receipt of the training manual, receipt of the training kit, password access to the training videos, attendance of the training day (group session or 1 to 1 session). No course exchanges are offered.
We offer on-going support via email communication and a Facebook Hair Loss support group.

Godiva is not liable to offer any further ongoing training which includes further classes, zoom or facetime training. This option will only be offered at goodwill by Godiva taking into account time constraints on running the Godiva businesses.
The purchase of a course is a choice of a group session or 1 to 1 session or online. The purchase of a course does not entitle you to 2 or 3 choice options.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note only the cost of the purchase of the item is refunded. No postage costs are refunded.

CANCELLATION OF ATTENANCE FOR GROUP SESSIONS OR 1 TO 1 COURSES
We cannot accept any liability for any cancellations to course dates. If a cancellation is necessary then another date will be offered at our earliest convenience. Godiva will contact the student at the first opportunity to inform them of the cancellation. Godiva cannot be liable for any travel or accommodation bookings costs by the student due to the cancellation.
DEPOSITS FOR COURSES
Deposit for courses are non-refundable.
